After that, we provide a range of affordable, fixed-fee packages depending on the level of support you need — such as application assistance, document review, or visa guidance. Our goal is to make quality counseling accessible and transparent, with no hidden costs. We’ll always inform you in advance about any fees involved so you can make confident decisions.
* Note: Our service fees do not include third-party costs such as university application fees, language exams, visa charges, or tuition deposits. We’ll guide you through the process, but all payments to universities or test centers are handled directly by the student.
Do you guarantee admission?
We do not guarantee admission, as final decisions depend on the universities. However, we greatly improve your chances by helping you apply to programs that match your qualifications and preparing strong, complete applications.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the destination and university deadlines. Generally, the process can take 2 to 6 months from first contact to final admission. Starting early always gives you more options!
What documents do I need?
At the start, we’ll need your most recent academic transcripts, a passport copy, and your CV. Depending on the destination, we may also need your personal statement, recommendation letters, and proof of language proficiency (like IELTS).
What countries do you work with?

Can I meet you in person?
Yes, we’re based in the UAE and offer in-person sessions by appointment. We also provide online consultations via Zoom for your convenience.
